All orders from Pour Moi are lovingly shipped from the United Kingdom. We dispatch orders within the UK 7 days a week so you can receive your lovely items as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping option.

However, if your order has already been processed by our warehouse, we will be unable to make any amendments and the parcel will be dispatched as ordered.

Standard Delivery

COST BELOW £60: £3.95
COST ABOVE £60: FREE

Next Day Delivery

ESTIMATED DELIVERY: Order by 4pm for next day delivery
Expect delays over the Bank Holiday weekend
COST BELOW £60: £6
COST ABOVE £60: £2.50

UK delivery please note:

• Delivery times and dates are subject to our service provider.
• For UK Standard & Free Delivery we will send your order using the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.
• For UK Next Day Delivery we will send your order using the Royal Mail 24 Tracked service.
• UK Next Day Delivery to UK mainland only.
• UK next day orders must be placed before 4pm to be processed on the same day. Next Day Delivery orders placed after 4pm will be processed on the following day.
• UK orders may be delayed over Black Friday and Christmas.

Please note that delivery outside the UK may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the destination of the parcel. These additional fees will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout and depending on the destination of your parcel, you may have the option prepay these duties & taxes or pay them once you receive your order.
