CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We want you to love your new Pour Moi item as much as we do. That's why, if you’re not completely happy with it we offer a full refund for the item, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.

Please make sure that briefs and swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. When trying on bras, avoid make-up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done.

Returns Update

Due to current circumstances, your refund may take a little longer than anticipated, please bear with us during this time.We are doing everything we can to process your return as soon as possible. With our additional health & safety measures in place, this is taking us a little longer than usual. Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. UK customers can check when their return has arrived and is ready to be processed, from their tracking number on their post office receipt. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

UK CUSTOMERS

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your Pour Moi purchase, however if something’s not quite right you’ve got 90 days to send back your items for FREE. All we ask is that items meet the following conditions:

 • All items are unworn, with all labels still attached. 
 • Swimwear must have the hygiene strip must be intact and hosiery and socks must be unopened. (Sorry folks, it’s for hygiene reasons!)

Once we've processed your return, we'll email you to confirm & provide you with a refund.

 • You will be refunded the purchase price of your item (including sale stock).
 • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

How do I return my item? 

To allow us to refund you as quick as possible, we’ve taken returns online! Simply follow the steps below to generate your pre-paid return label. When creating your return label, you’ll have a choice of returning via UPS, DPD, Collect+ or Royal Mail. 

  1.           To start your return, head to our returns portal (you’ll need your WEBORDER number handy).
  2.           Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!  
  3.           Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map. 
  4.           Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. (Haven’t got a printer? No worries – not all of our return options need a printer. You’ll see which options are available in the portal.)
  5.           Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point! 
  6.        You will be sent an email to confirm your item has been received and processed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

What is your international returns policy?

We hope you love your Pour Moi purchase, however if something’s not quite right you’ve got 30 days to send back your items. All we ask is that items meet the following conditions:

 • All items are unworn, with all labels still attached. 
 • Swimwear must have the hygiene strip must be intact and hosiery and socks must be unopened. (Sorry folks, it’s for hygiene reasons!)

  1.           Complete the returns form that arrived with your item, letting us know what you’re returning and why.  This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!  
  2.           Send back your return via your preferred return method. Please allow adequate time for the parcel to reach us to ensure we received the items back before our returns policy expires.
