Get Your Wiggle on With Pour Moi’s New Year Challenges

It's official, 2022 is here! It's time to drop your hang ups, let go of unrealistic resolutions and be kind to yourself! That is why Pour Moi is on a feel-good mission to help you move your body in a way that feels good. Because when you find the movement that moves you, it's easy to feel fabulous! We are adding a boost of lightness and positivity to the new year with the launch of our #GetYourWiggleOn campaign. With fun and exciting new year challenges for you to get involved in and add a dose of positivity to your day. 

We couldn't get enough of seeing you #GetYourWiggleOn last year so the feel-good campaign is back for another year! There are over 700,000 women in the UK that are currently inactive and we're here to help you feel confident whilst moving your body.

We want to see you get your wiggle on! Simply upload a photo or video to your socials of you taking part in the wiggle challenges, and every time you tag a friend on our socials to take part in the challenge Pour Moi will make a £5 donation to the charity of that week. The more tags, the bigger the donation. The money raised will go towards helping four amazing charities, Samaritans, Mencap, Youth Sports Trust and Mental Health UK. 

Yoga Challenge

Find your inner zen with our yoga challenge. With three yoga practices to choose from, there is something for everyone. Yoga teacher and Pour Moi babe, Danielle Elphick has created beautiful flows, specifically for our #GetYourWiggleOn campaign to suit your needs. Whether you need a morning pick me up or relaxing evening, our yoga challenge has everything you need. Take part and support our charity of the week, The Samaritans.

Walking Challenge

There’s nothing better for our mental health than getting some fresh air and being out in nature. Our next challenge involves walking 1.5 miles a day (or whatever distance you feel like). Take part and support our charity of the week, Mencap.

Squat Challenge

Give your peach a serious workout with our squat challenge. Whether you are using weights or your bodyweight, take on the challenge and see how many squats you can do. Take part and support our charity of the week, Youth Sport Trust.

Dance Challenge

Get a feel-good boost with our dance challenge. Have fun, let loose and join us in our TikTok inspired dance challenge choreographed by dance teacher and Pour Moi babe, Hayley Blundy. Take part and support our charity of the week, Mental Health UK.

We want your wiggles!

Are you ready to join Pour Moi and your fellow Pour Moi babes as we spread a little fun and positivity? Who knows you may even get something in return? When you share a photo or video of you taking part in one of our wiggle challenges you will automatically be entered in with the chance to win a year's supply of sportswear! Your photo could just put a smile on someone’s face - and encourage them to get their wiggle on, too! 

You can get your wiggle on whilst supporting charities at the same time. Every time you tag a friend on our socials to take part in the challenge Pour Moi will make a £5 donation to the charity of that week. Instagram: Forget posting pics of what you had for lunch and take a photo or video of your wiggle instead! You’ll need to tag us @pourmoiltd and use the hashtag #GetYourWiggleOn. You’ll also need to make sure your profile is set to public so we can see it! 

Facebook: If you’re posting your wiggle on Facebook, don’t forget to tag @pourmoiltd and use the hashtag #GetYourWiggleOn. Make sure you change the privacy of your post to ‘Public’ so we can find it! 

Twitter: When posting your wiggle onto Twitter, don’t forget to tag @pourmoiltd with the hashtag #GetYourWiggleOn. Let’s get it trending! 

TikTok: When posting your wiggle onto TikTok, don’t forget to tag @pourmoiltd with the hashtag #GetYourWiggleOn. Let’s get it trending!
