Orders must be placed by the following cut off times (depending on your delivery postcode), to ensure next day delivery.
- UK next day orders must be placed before 4pm to be processed on the same day. Next day orders placed after 4pm will be processed on the following day.
- We will send your order using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
- A signature on delivery is not required.

Cancellation & Returns
Good news! We are extending our return time for Christmas. You'll have until the 8th of January 2024 to return any orders placed on or after the 26th of October 2023.
If you’re not completely happy with an item, we’ll give you a refund for items only, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached.
