I made a purchase with Pour online and when the products came it was very disappointing. So prior to ordering online I had gone to a store and saw this item that was beautiful and firm but my size was not available. They advised me to check the brand order directly from their website. I am the most reluctant online shopper, but because I saw the item in a store I was okay to get it.

Alias when it came along with others I ordered it was horrible. The original item looked nothing like what I saw in the store, and to add to the disappointment, the item online was almost twice what I saw in the store cos in-store it was on sale. But I didn't mind as I loved what I saw. I'm talking quality very different, texture and fabrics. I concluded that online product was probably a lower quality definitely from those in China. I was very disappointed with the purchase
