Embrace Your Inner TikToker With Our Dance Challenge

Pour Moi dance challenge

There’s no escaping the viral craze of TikTok dance challenges. These dances have been all over social media and the internet over the past couple of years. Whether you are looking to get TikTok famous or are trying to get some movement in whilst staying at home our dance challenge is for you.

For the final part of our #GetYourWiggleOn campaign we’ve partnered with dance teacher and Pour Moi babe, Hayley Blundy for our TikTok inspired dance challenge. When we dance our brain releases a hormone called endorphins, which can create feelings of comfort, fun and power. So, get a feel-good boost this January with our dance challenge. Embrace your inner TikToker and enlist the help of your friends, family, and partners with our wiggle dance challenge. When you take part you support our charity of the week, Mental Health UK, that has been supporting people with their mental health for nearly 50 years.

“What better way to get moving than having a little dance around the house, going for a leisurely walk or shimmying with your friends to unwind after a long week.”
- Jemima Woolgar, Senior Community & Events Fundraising Manager, Mental Health UK
