Walking can have a huge impact on our overall wellbeing. From increasing our mood, sleep quality and self-esteem, a short brisk walk can give us the boost that we need. Taking time out to walk in nature can also reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue. So why not join us this January and take part in our walking challenge. Why not challenge your friends, family and followers to take part in our walking challenge? Every time you tag someone to take part in the challenge Pour Moi will make a £5 donation to Mencap, a UK charity for people with a learning disability. The more tags, the bigger the donation.
