Our Story

Overview

From when we sold our very first bra way back in 2005, to today when we sell one approximately every 30 seconds, passion and playfulness is at the heart of everything we do.  Our team is not the only thing about Pour Moi that’s expanding! Our range has grown along with us to include clothing, sportswear, nightwear and hosiery with exciting new developments planned for future seasons.  

Our predicted annual turnover is £25 million, making us one of the leading brands in lingerie and swimwear. With sales increasing year on year, it means we need more brilliant people who share our passion, to join in with the next part of our story.

CRM MANAGER

 As an integral part of our retention strategy, you will liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure our customers receive relevant, timely and inspiring communications that resonate with our brand ethos & drive long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop the customer communications strategy across email, SMS, push & direct mail.
  • Build a customer lifecycle & loyalty programme to improve customer retention & lifetime value.
  • Lead on customer segmentation to drive a widespread understanding of our customer & build communications strategies to engage & maximise the value of those segments.
  • Drive the size of our customer list by exploring and refining sign up mechanics and minimising unsubscribes.
  • Work to maximise the value of our customer database by identifying the key drivers of profitability, loyalty, and churn.
  • Design individual campaign strategies, including definition of audience strategy, channel deployment, campaign messaging, proposed products & proposition, and campaign timing.
  • Be responsible for the analysis of all email campaigns, providing detailed reporting across all key KPIs and sharing best practice and recommendations to improve email performance across the business.
  • Embed “Test, Learn & Optimise” into all activity - ensuring we are always building our knowledge and driving performance with all campaigns.
  • Be the subject matter expert within the business across CRM & Loyalty.
  • Educate the business about CRM best practices.
  • Work closely with the design team to optimise email templates.
  • Work in tandem with our buying & merchandising teams to understand product launches, stock & category trends to maximise trading opportunities.
  • Work closely with our ESP to make best use of all its functionality.
  • Work with the insight team to ensure the best possible targeting of audiences and to deepen our understanding of our customers.
  • Work with our email agency. to develop best in class customer lifecycle & loyalty programmes.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

As a key part of our acquisition strategy, you will work closely with the ecommerce team & paid media agency to help grow our customer base & maximise return on investment on our paid media spend. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the performance marketing strategy including customer acquisition, ROI and the associated budgets.
  • Take ownership of performance and growth of all paid media campaigns.
  • Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practice, with a media traffic driving focus, and feed into strategic decisions that help further growth.
  • Provide direction and oversight to our digital media agency partners, ensuring that all campaigns deliver against growth and brand objectives.
  • Optimise media plans, using industry knowledge and channel experience to maximise performance based on targets and audiences .
  • Deliver best practice across SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, Video, ATL & emerging channels to drive customer growth.
  • Drive CAC & ROI by channel & category to ensure profitable acquisition .
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning for your channels to highlight risks & opportunities and maximise ROI.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth in new areas, for example through new channels, new user journeys, and campaign types.
  • Develop & analyse reports to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation.
  • Embed “Test, Learn & Optimise” into all activity - ensuring we are always building our knowledge and driving performance with all campaigns.
  • Working with internal Design and Content teams to:
  • Develop best in class messaging and assets for paid media, reviewing performance and optimising creatives to drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Develop a comprehensive AB testing strategy to optimise creatives and messaging to drive engagement & increase CTRs.
  • Alongside the Data team:
  • Develop reporting & dashboards with key insights and metrics, relevant to media channels and share insights with key stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Develop an attribution model which gives insight understand how each media channel contributes to performance & use this to optimise media spend.
  • Maximise opportunities for capturing customer data and maintain and improve the quality of customer data for reporting and marketing purposes, always ensuring GDPR compliance.

ECOMMERCE OPTIMISATION MANAGER

As a key member of our digital team, you will work to deliver a world class customer-centric user experience that makes our customers feel fabulous online.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage website content, products & user journeys to maximise conversion rates & ensure our online experience supports our brand values.
  • Analyse on-site activity via relevant tools (heatmaps, user session replays & Google Analytics) to understand customer behaviour.
  • Define and manage the CRO roadmap for the business, conducting competitor analysis, qualitative and quantitative research and multivariate testing to understand customer behaviour and optimise user journeys.
  • Use these learnings to drive web development & improve user experience by improving features, layout, content & messaging.
  • Optimise categories, meta titles, product names & descriptions to maximise organic traffic & revenue.
  • Work with the merchandising teams to:
  • Review trading & website performance to identify opportunities to maximise category sales by amending product ranking, on-site content, category structure, filters & navigation
  • Identify potential opportunities to drive additional sales via improved product positioning, whether price, descriptions, photos & more
  • Work with the design team to:
  • Create UX Briefs and wireframes for customer journey improvements aligned to business objectives
  • Ensure the best quality & most relevant imagery & creative is used throughout the site to display the brand & product range to best effect

FITTING MODEL

The candidate will need to be comfortable to fit various Clothing and Nightwear garments in our Brighton based office (UK applicants only).

No previous experience required. Employment is part-time work, 4 hours per week (but may be variable week to week) on a freelance basis.
