We need you and your
wiggle to help us raise
£50,000 for charity!
#GetYourWiggleOn
This year we're on a mission to help everyone embrace their bodies and get their wiggle on! We want everyone to feel confident enough to say #GetYourWiggleOn to any form of movement, big or small. It could be tackling a 5k fun run, going for a winter dip in the sea or even just having a little kitchen disco with your family after dinner.

We want you to put some wiggle into your day and upload a picture or video to your socials of you doing just that! For every person who uses the hashtag #GetYourWiggleOn and tags @pourmoiltd, we will donate £10 to a charity of their choice! Just mention the charity you’d like to donate to in your caption.
How can you get involved?

Taking part is easy! Simply follow the three steps below:

1
Take a picture or video of your wiggle! We're on a mission to make people feel upbeat while they get moving, so any wiggle is welcome - from dancing around the kitchen to hula-hooping in the garden, or even just wiggling while you're doing the household chores.
2
Upload your wiggle to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with #GetYourWiggleOn, tagging @pourmoiltd. And in your post say which charity you would like to donate to and why. PS Remember to set your account or post to public so that we can see it!
3
We will donate £10 to your nominated charity.*
